Fun but tons of serious issues

Fun, but theres lots of issues: sometimes you cant jump or move when going fast or generally and thus you die or miss power ups. Also the objectives change, the ads are really frequent and sometimes stick, or make the game go black for a while. Specifically in the frozen shadows area whenever i die and do save me, it freezes and has to restart. This is particularly lame because I spent more than a month saving up gems to unlock this level, and now it doesnt even work. Fun running game, but stupid in a lot of ways, like all the hats and players. Whats the point? They dont do anything different. So in summation: fun running, but also really not well done or taken care of.

To whom it may concern, please fix the issue I mentioned with frozen shadows. Really not cool
